- Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
- No-Show Policy: a. If a passenger fails to be at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show. b. For airport transfers and point-to-point services, if a passenger is marked as a no-show, the entire reservation cost will be charged. c. For hourly services, if a passenger is marked as a no-show, the full reservation cost will be charged.
- Changes and Modifications: a. Changes to the reservation, such as the pick-up time, date, or location, are subject to vehicle availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance for airport transfers and point-to-point services, and 72 hours in advance for hourly services. b. Any modifications made within these timeframes will be accommodated to the best of our abilities, but we cannot guarantee availability.
- Communication and Cancellation Notifications: a. To cancel or modify a reservation, customers are required to contact our customer service team by phone at least 24 hours in advance for airport transfers and point-to-point services, and 72 hours in advance for hourly services. b. Any cancellations or modifications made via email or any other communication method must be confirmed by our customer service team to be considered valid.
- Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen incidents, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations without prior notice, and no cancellation fees will be charged.
