    b. Hourly Services (including weddings, proms, and special events):

    • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time will not incur any charges.
    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost.
  3. No-Show Policy: a. If a passenger fails to be at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show. b. For airport transfers and point-to-point services, if a passenger is marked as a no-show, the entire reservation cost will be charged. c. For hourly services, if a passenger is marked as a no-show, the full reservation cost will be charged.
  4. Changes and Modifications: a. Changes to the reservation, such as the pick-up time, date, or location, are subject to vehicle availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance for airport transfers and point-to-point services, and 72 hours in advance for hourly services. b. Any modifications made within these timeframes will be accommodated to the best of our abilities, but we cannot guarantee availability.
  5. Communication and Cancellation Notifications: a. To cancel or modify a reservation, customers are required to contact our customer service team by phone at least 24 hours in advance for airport transfers and point-to-point services, and 72 hours in advance for hourly services. b. Any cancellations or modifications made via email or any other communication method must be confirmed by our customer service team to be considered valid.
  6. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen incidents, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations without prior notice, and no cancellation fees will be charged.

14. User Acceptance Policy for Expert Limousine Services Hourly Rentals

Service Description: Expert Limousine Services offers hourly rentals for customers. The minimum booking requirement is for 3 hours or 50 miles. After exhaustion/consumption of initial 3 hours/ 50 miles, additional charges of 1 hour or 20 miles will be applicable. Tolls will be additional and not included in the final fare.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Users must provide accurate information while making a booking, including the desired pick-up and drop-off locations, as well as the expected duration of the ride.
  2. Users acknowledge and accept the minimum booking requirement of 3 hours or 50 miles.
  3. Users understand beyond initial 3 hours/ 50 miles, additional charges for 1 hour/ 20 miles will be applicable. Subsequently, charges for 1 hour/ 20 miles will be added upon consumption of allocated quota.
  4. Initial minimum booking 3 hours represents 50 miles of distance quota.
  5. Each additional 1 hour represents a total distance of 20 miles quota.
  6. Users acknowledge that tolls will be additional and not included in the final fare.

Responsibilities of Expert Limousine Services:

  1. Expert Limousine Services will provide well-maintained vehicles that offer a comfortable and reliable transportation experience.
  2. Expert Limousine Services will dispatch professional chauffeurs who will adhere to all safety regulations and provide a high level of service to the user.
  3. Expert Limousine Services will provide accurate and transparent billing information, including details of the minimum booking requirement, additional charges for extra time and mileage, and notify users that tolls will be additional and not included in the final fare.

User Responsibilities:

  1. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information while making a booking, including the pick-up and drop-off locations and the expected duration of the ride.
  2. Users must adhere to the minimum booking requirement of 3 hours or 50 miles.
  3. Users will be responsible for any additional charges incurred due to exceeding the minimum time or mileage, calculated as 1 hour or 20 miles.

  5. Users must treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect and comply with all safety regulations during the ride.

Billing and Payment:

  1. Expert Limousine Services will provide an itemized invoice detailing the cost of the ride, including the minimum booking requirement, additional charges for extra time and mileage (calculated as 1 hour or 20 miles), and separate charges for tolls.
